1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Kvemiraldu (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Services.

2. Who can use the Services, accounts, and limits

You must be 18+ and legally able to contract. You confirm you are not in a jurisdiction where use is prohibited. We may refuse service, apply KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or breach. You are responsible for accurate profile information and for protecting your credentials.

3. Services, third-party providers, and risk

We may point you to or explain third-party platforms; unless we clearly say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Past results are not a promise of future performance. You alone are responsible for your choices and any taxes due.

4. Charges, permitted use, and intellectual property

Fees, if any, are shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services, including by posting unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law. All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of C190 C$ or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnification, suspension, and ending access

You indemnify us against claims arising from your use of or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Surviving terms include limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
